I'm 39 years old and to be honest I've never felt better
I started the 5:2 in mid October
Started at 15st 11lbs, having peaked at one point at 16st 5lbs
I had a little plateau and a blip at Christmas, and I'm having another at the moment. I blame Easter and the fact Lent finished and I'm able to eat chocs, sweets, cakes and puddings again.
I've put 1.2lbs on again over the last 2 weeks but I'm at 13st 9.2lbs, with my lowest being 13st 8lbs.
I have set my self a target or reaching 12st 11lbs and then settling and maintaining 13st 1lb
I look forward to exploring the forum......
