For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Mood swings

I'm a Monday and Wednesday faster and I've completed my first week (yay!). On Monday I felt very hungry and had a headache in the afternoon, despite eating some fruit before driving home from work. On Wednesday I ate nothing until the end of the day and physically I felt great but my mood took a dip around 6 PM.

Has anyone else experienced something similar - or am I just a grumpy b*gger?? :frown: :?:

I get grumpy too - I think that's normal. I'm fine until I have to cook dinner while hungry. I get grumpy while smelling the delicious food but not able to eat any yet. At least we all understand exactly what it is. As soon as I start eating dinner, I'm much happier!

Me too, I think it is normal. Just keep busy, remeber that another fast day will soon be over and think about all the nice things you will be able to eat tomorrow:)
