Hi, I read the book this week and am going to start my first fasting day on Thursday. Think the Monday-Thursday fasting days will suit me best.
Looking forward to reading all the info on this forum.
It looks very interesting.
My first question is, I read in the book that 2pm to 2pm is an option.
Has anyone tried this way?

Hi there and welcome.

I think some have done this but I think the overall calorie drop per week is less so you may get slower weight loss. The alternative is to do 2pm to 2pm on no calories at all which may work better.

Experiment!

Thanks for that. I guess I'd rather do a day fast than have absolutely nothing for 24 hours. ;)

hi doodlelover- today was my second fast day and both days we had porridge and blueberries for breakfast and about 12 hours later chicken stir fry with vegetables- works very well and have lost weight- wait to hear how you are getting on!!! Drink plenty!!
