I have high hopes for this diet. I've gone from a rather underweight smoker who survived on toast to a non smoker with an interest in food and 2 stones gained to prove it. I eat less than 2000 calories a day, but having been someone who barely ate, the weight has since piled on easily.
I'm looking forward to joining you all. I think I will cope as I used to eat so little, but I will be able to do a little better than toast on a fast say, so it's all good.
Really hoping this will help me head in the right direction. I'd like to lose a stone and hopefully gain the associated health benefits.
