Hey guys, this is my third time fasting, I did a 24 hour fast last Sunday, actually wasn't too bad.

I'm now on my second fast day of the week. I choose Mondays and Wednesdays..I exercise 5/6 times a week even on fast days.

Watched the BBC documentary as I'm sure you all have as well. Very interesting.

Well, so here's to my first post of many hopefully.

I've already had Oats so simple with milk (172 Kcal) leaves me with 326 Kcal for dinner.

I'll be sure to have a look around the site to see recipes for low calorie meals.

Hi Chris and welcome!

Hope you're not really a baby as fasting is not allowed for children! :-o

There are some good low cal recipes accumulating in the Recipes section...enjoy!
