I'm now on my second fast day of the week. I choose Mondays and Wednesdays..I exercise 5/6 times a week even on fast days.
Watched the BBC documentary as I'm sure you all have as well. Very interesting.
Well, so here's to my first post of many hopefully.
I've already had Oats so simple with milk (172 Kcal) leaves me with 326 Kcal for dinner.
I'll be sure to have a look around the site to see recipes for low calorie meals.
