I am very new, not even started yet. I have decided to have my first fast day on Friday. I have read the book and read loads on this forum so I am quite excited about starting.
I have tried every diet possible, some have worked and some not but I have always put the weight back on eventually. My best effort was on the cambridge diet, but 6 months after reaching my goal weight it started going back on and before I knew it I weighed more than when I started.
So here's to a new start.
