Started this 5:2 after seeing Horizon programme in August.
I have lost a bit of weight but nothing fabulous and have now gained some over Christmas
Struggling with it all really and have spent ages working out what my calorie in-take should be for feast days.
I wan to loose about 2 stone but also with a family that has a lot of other health problems I like to think this will help with my increased risks too.
I was fasting for 2 days together but have changed to non-consecutive days now.
