Hi
This is my first day on the fast diet...I decided after christmas I needed to change my whole lifestyle and going on yet another weight watchers or slimming world diet wouldn't cut the mustard this time, been there done that!
I watched the horizon programme a few days ago and it seemed everything I wanted in a diet, to loose weight but to also have a positive effect on my health...I bought the book and read it through yesterday and decided no time like the present to get going.
I started my fast day last night at 9pm, and so far apart from a few hunger pangs I'm doing ok, I find drinking alot of iced water helps me, and have decided to save all my calories for my meal at tea time...just got to keep busy, busy, busy or my mind laspes into thinking about food too much...but it's great knowing I can eat what I want tomorrow
