If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Whilst I've only registered today, I'm now on my third week of the Fast diet and it's definately getting easier on Fast days. From trial and error over the past few weeks and looking at other peoples comments, I've found it easier so save as many of my calories as possible til the evening and have a filling meal with lots of steamed veg. I found when I split my calories throughout the day, I had really restless nights. As long as I have plenty of hot drinks throughout the day and keep busy, I can keep my mind off food. I don't weigh or measure myself every week but I did take starting stats and aim to check progress this weekend, so wish me luck. My waistbands are definately loser and my husband says my face is thinner!
