Need to go down easy street...

Guys as a man all this weighing and counting is doing ma heed in...

Is there a real simple site so you can just put in what the food is and it will tell you hw any calories etc... I tried everywhere to find how many calories in a small bread roll with a slice of ham and still couldn't get the right answer!!!

Is there a really good popular site that is easy to use and saves weighing etc

Any help much appreciated...

I know what you mean! I don't tend to weigh stuff apart from the high calorie things (protein & fat). I use the calorie counter app from the "my fat secret" website (link in the essential tools thread in resources). For most things there are non-weighed options (like a cup of sliced mushrooms, one cherry tomato, a medium potato, that kind of thing) and you can adjust the quantities (½ a cup, 4 tomatoes etc), plus it has loads and loads of supermarket foods in the database. It makes calorie counting really easy.
if you buy stuff in packets it's usually on the packet, and/or the supermarket web sites. If you buy a local baker's roll then you're on your own really.
