If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Lost a stone 2 years ago, and have recently put back on 3 lbs which I can't shift, so gonna give this a go. As I work from home with children, will probably fast 13:00 to 13:00 on Wed and Fri, as don't want to scare the kids with my anticipated bad temper.
Once routine established will review and see if I can do the full day till following morning. So now the plan is in place, fingers crossed will get shot of those 3lbs plus another 7lbs before the Easter holidays. R x

Just a quick note to welcome you to the forum. Can't write much...trying to welcome all the newbies plus typing on my phone is such a pain!
