For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello all, I've done a bit of reading about the diet and I'm doing my first fast tomorrow. I've prepared my salad lunch and have my tea planned, so we'll see how it goes!

Hi Sange and welcome! Good luck tomorrow...drink lots and just remember you can have whatever you like to eat the next day! Let us know how you get on.

Hi! Me too. I've just had my last full meal until Tuesday. Might have some Sunday chocolate as well. Just because I can. I haven't started yet and I'm already appreciating food more. Though, food appreciation has rarely been difficult for me really.

I've had a look at the plan for my week and I'm going to fast today and Thursday. I'm guessing I can do it like that, so I don't get disrupted by social things?

Well, I did just fine! It wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. Just shows you how much eating is out of habit. I think I may have found a diet that will work for me!!

I'm glad it went so well for you! I think for me, the fear of "what if" is far worse than actually being hungry. I need to get used to the fact that hubby will not pass out while driving LOL! Welcome aboard
