I've been doing alternative day fasting since October and I've lost 1st 12lbs.
I fell of the wagon big time over Christmas and didn't really get back in the swing until mid-Jan
We're on holiday in 3 weeks so I am trying to maximise the weight loss now before we go. I'm hoping I don't put too much weight back on over the holiday as I still have around 2.5, maybe 3st to go.
Today is a fast day and I'm taking the dog to Hampstead Heath so will get a good 1.5 - 2 hours of walking which I hope won't make me too hungry
