I started 5:2 in December, just trying out one day a week to see how it felt. Now Christmas is out of the way, I'm doing it properly! Started with a week of alternate day fasting which I am very happy to report shifted my entire 6lb Christmas weight gain.
Now I'm carrying on with a 5:2 fasting Mondays and Thursdays. The rest of the time I generally follow a Paleo/Primal type diet.
