The title isn't an idle boast - I seem to be stunningly capable of losing weight but can't stop putting it on after I take my eye off the ball... I'm really hoping that the fast diet will be a means of changing my eating habits enough to keep the weight level in future despite my tendency to overeat at times
I'm a month in now and have lost a stone so am quite happy (as is my long suffering wife) and so far have found the fasting itself surprisingly easy... but as I hint at above it's not the weight loss bit I have a problem with it's the hopefully no longer inevitable rebound...
