For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

hi i have just started today,doing good surprised i did not get too hungry.i have been doing harcombe diet so i think 5.2 will fit in nicly.

I haven't heard of the Harcombe Diet so will go and google it out of interest.

hi all well my first day yesterday went well but i could not get to sleep,does anyone else experience this?today am not that hungry but have had real food not rubbish.tomorrow i will do my second day.thanks all

Yes, the first fast I did, I slept really badly but it has been getting better and I think I sleep as well now as I ever do (which is to say not very well)! Moogie says she is sleeping better than ever!

Well done on your first day, it will all get better with practice!
