If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Don't Sweat Much for a Fat Lad

Hello
Started the diet this week, first fast today.

Cutting out so much alcohol and doing the fasting thing is the plan.

Need to feel healthy and energetic, and get rid of the winter fat.

Great Book, shame I can't work out on Kindle how to set the columns so they read right on your forms!

Please be nice, I am a fat bald four eyed freckly ginger man from Cornwall, yeah I know bald and ginger, how do I do iT! :D

Have a look around...and please enter your data on the progress tracker so you can get a nice graph showing your weight loss and we get more data from men as the stats are rather heavily skewed by the women!
