Hi all- am re starting after a half hearted attempt that fell apart round my birthday celebrations, not sure why really as I could have incorporated 2 fast days into my week but anyway, am now prepared and feeling settled into giving this a good go. I have about 15-20 lbs to lose including a muffin top.
Got the Fast Diet book in the Kindle deal and read it over the w/e, already read the 5:2 book so good to go.
I find it easiest to make veg soup for lunch and roasted veg and an egg or other small protein for fast days. Keeping the alcohol in check on the other days is my biggest challenge.
