Started the diet last week with Tuesday and Thursday being my fast days. Just came off Rosemary Conley diet where I had lost 4lb in 2 weeks. Was fairly happy with it but saw this diet as being easier to stick to in the long term. Lost 2 and a 1/2 stone before, then put it all back on!!
I was disappointed to find I had put on 2lb on my first weigh on Monday but will keep trying for a month and see where it takes me.
