I started 3 weeks ago, and lost 3 lb within the first two weeks. Unfortunately last week I gained 2lb! This is probably due to too much alcohol at the weekend .... I did think that over indulging would not matter as it was on non-fast days - but have learned my lesson! I'll have to accept that you can't overindulge on non-fast days. Boo Hoo

Well you can indulge at weekends but you have to be more careful during the week . In any case our weight fluctuates so much from day to day, 2 lb might not mean anything...did you measure your waist too? It's a more reliable guide to progress.
