We are In it for the long term health benefits, having heard Micael Mosley talk about it, but we both had about 13kgs to lose to get us back from being overweight. Our big downfall here is probably too much wine, so to start with we did a dry January and now we will only have wine at the weekends. For the time being we are being very controlled in our overall eating, really trying to set new habits in place.
I am active on a couple of the Facebook groups and found out about this site as someone pointed to the progress tracker.
All dependant on how much time I have available, I'll try and pop in here every so often to keep up to date with progress.
