For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Same here. Just eaten mushroom, spinach frittata. Feeling good so far.

Drink plenty of water and remind yourself that you're not actually going to starve :) They do get easier with time - you may even come to look forward to them!

well that felt like torture!! ate breakfast and hung on till tea time but have to say i feel rotten!!! hungry, headache and craving for any food!!! was really hungry mid afternoon but hung on!!! any advice?? can i have a snack??

I felt really rotten on my first fast day. The next one was much much better and the third was a doddle.

I don't think a snack will help. Any shaikh amount of food just sets off the hunger worse than ever. However, if you hang in there the hunger pangs will pass and in the morning you will probably feel no hungrier than any other morning, or less so.

Have more drinks, also some exercise helps. Can you do some exercise at home? Like jumping jacks or something energetic but short duration.
