Im new to the forum but have been fasting on/off since november last year primarily for weight loss but the health benefits a definite plus!! I have had some success having lost 8lbs and am finding fast days easier to cope with as time goes on (I even sometimes look forward to them!)
My biggest downfall so far is that I am overeating on my non-fast days which I need to get control of so I have decided to start calorie counting on those days just do I don't go overboard. When my BMI is a little more healthy I will relax a little.
