My time has come

Just a couple of questions,if you knowledgeable people wouldn't mind helping me with. Tuesday is my first fast day, I'm just in from work and I've eaten my fill for today. Now does my fast start now and end at the same time tomorrow, or, does it start tomorrow morning and end on Wednesday morning?

My intention is to try and fast completely and not eat at all,I'm not sure that I'll cope with it and may have a change of heart and break into the 600 calories. Is this a wise move, or will it be more beneficial to plan my fast days around meals and snacks within my allowance?

I must say I'm looking forward to this change in my lifestyle, and I hope I can see it through.

Oops, submitted too soon.

I would aim to eat one light meal in the evening rather than go all out for no calories. When you have done a few fasts like that you can see if you want to fast through to the next morning.

Don't snack or have tiny meals...IMO it makes you hungrier!
