previous weight 3rd January: 111.2 lbs (50.44 kilos)
current weight 8th February: 109.4 lbs (49.62 kilos)

previous waist 3rd January: 25.6 inches (65.02 cm)
current waist 8th February: 25.5 inches (64.77 cm)

weight lost is 1.8lbs (0.82 kilos) January to February
waist lost is 0.1 inches (0.25 cm) January to February

But... but... but... I'm a maintaineer!!! And my target was 110lbs +/- 2lbs, so all is good; though I still have a half inch to shift from my waist. I think I need to revisit my Rosemary Conley toning exercises with a little more persistence...

I am, however, thinking of dropping my target down to 108lbs +/- 2lbs, so as to always stay below my original (revised) target of 110lbs. I'd feel more comfortable there, methinks - less chance of straying back into the eight stone zone. But I've not convinced myself of the necessity for that yet, especially given how hard losing the final two pounds was before Christmas! :)

p.s. @Carorees : are we maintaineers meant to be posting in here?

My weight is completely static at somewhere in the 77 kg range, +/- 300g over the month. No idea if this helps the survey.

I've decided I'm a secret maintainer...at least for a little while. :-)

Lost 3.5 KG and 4.5 CM in January!!

Granted, I got gasteroenteritis in January, but I'm also off all thyroid suppressing meds, and I think those two things did wonders for me :-) I'm thrilled!
