On the 9th January I weighed 59.1k
Today, 7th February, I am 57.1k
My waist hasn't changed much lately, it was 75cm in Jan and is now 74cm.
I've lost 5cm from my tummy though!
That's a 2k loss....yippeee! I thought the weight loss was slowing down too and it isn't at all, but I have been plateauing this week.
Will I find the last 2k hard work???

Thanks @Carorees it's funny because I put 11.11 into my converter and that's what it gave me. I knew it couldn't be right, but it looked good for a bit didn't it!

Here are my results & I ended up losing 4.5 pounds.

On 4th January 2014 85.50 kg.

On 8th February 2014 83.46 kg.
so that is 2.04 kg. lost.
I have lost 1 inch from my waist which I think is 2.54 cm?

I am really pleased because my weight has been stuck for the three weeks in the middle
