I am down 2.5 lbs since Jan. 7th to today. (I went up a bit and then back down)

I hope to do a little better Feb - March!

Monday Jan 10th 91.63 kg

loss of 5cm from waist

:confused:found this link under NEWS I have done a couple of weight trackers and have done the Easter Challenge weigh in and may mention how the weights going(or staying :frown: )in my blogs And as a techno-phobic I also have the trusted pen and paper diet diary :lol:

I'm probably too late but will weigh in anyway.
Weight last weigh in December- 86 kg waist - 92 cm
Weight 13 Feb 2014. 86.5 kg and waist - 92 cm

Weight gain in 8 weeks -0.5 kg. waist unchanged

I am happy with this as I aimed to maintain over Christmas and the 6 weeks school holidays. Am glad to be back to a normal routine now ready to take the next 18 kg/40 pounds this year! Bring it on!
