Disappointing month.

6th May: weight 79.8kg; waist 88cm (mis-reported as 83 cm last month, sorry)

3rd June: weight 78.2kg; waist 87.5 cm

Loss of: weight 1.6kg; waist 0.5cm.

Was less active and had a few indulgent meals out (and wine), but no excuse!
5 May: weight 70.8kg; waist 79.5cm; body fat 37.8%

3 June: weight 69.7kg; waist 76.2cm; body fat 36.7%

Loss: weight 1.1kg; waist 3.3cm; body fat 1.1%

28 Jan (start): weight 78.9kg; waist 88.9cm; body fat 42.2%

Not a great month as I've had a some over indulgent holidays but still heading in the right direction so I'm happy.
Don't know if I am in time.
Have had a lot of socialising at weekends this month so not great reults
Weight loss 1.2 lbs in last month. Total loss since starting in Nov 2012 19.7 lbs.
Body fat has reduced from 38.7% to 38% in the last month.
Waist stubbornly remains the same!
3/5/13: Weight 75.4kg; Waist 96.5cm Fat 36.3%
31/5/13: Weight 74.7kg; Waist 96.0cm Fat 37.6%

Oops - fat % has gone up a bit but overall weight and waist measurement still dropping!
May 4: weight 175.2 lbs
June 2: weight 170.4 lbs

weight loss of 4.8 lbs
Was 55.9kg, now 53.9kg, lost 2kg
Hi,
I'm a nervous newbie, weighing in at 100.1kg, a lot to go, luckily my OH is joining me in this venture, we're hoping we can make this a life style change, it all being on the eve of my big 50 birthday!
I'm already excited to try out the receipes & tips.

I'm not ready to give up the hair dye. I'm 46 and my hair is getting progressively more violet :-)
