For me. End of April 155 lb. (70.3 kg). End of May. 154.5 (70. Kg )
Husband. End of April 267 lb. (121.1 kg ). Stayed the same End of May
We tried a week of 4/3 but didn't really like it. We are incorporating 16:8 on our feasting days this month to see if we can shake up this plateau. We both stay highly encouraged with this WOE. Happy summertime everybody :)
I am still on half term with no access to scales or tape measure....

Will weigh n measure on Monday to see if any damage from a week in the lakes, one fast day and lots of treats....

I'll post after that.....
May 4 - weight 56.64kg, waist 74cm

June 1 - weight 54.88kg, waist 73cm

Loss this month - 1.76kg (3.8lb) and 1cm

Total loss since starting 28 Jan 7.57kg (16.6lb) and 12cm off waist.

Not far off target weight now. Progress has been better since I started daily weighing.
May 4 weight=61.8 kg, waist=76.2 cm
June 1 weight=59.5 kg, waist=73 cm.; loss= 2.3 kg, 3.2 cm.
I had a 9 day vacation without fasting and with eating every meal out in late April. I maintained pretty well during that time, so starting in early May, I tried a maintenance plan that has been basically 6:1, or eating 800-1000 cal. 2 days/ week all month. I was happily surprised to look back and find that I still lost 2.3 kg (over 5 lb) this month.
Weight on 4th May 82.55kg (or 181.99 lbs)

Weight on 1st June 82.55kg (or 181.99 lbs)

No weight loss at all for me this month - very disappointed.

I'm 5:2ing and have lost 10 lbs in just over 4 months, my average loss is getting slower the longer I follow this woe.
Current weight 70.08kg (154.5lbs)
Current waist 87.5cm (35")
Last month weight 71.21kg (157lbs)
Last month waist 87.5cm (35")
No change on waist measurement but a loss in weight of 1.13kg (2.5lbs)

This month I had a really bad cold so skipped 2 fast days in a fortnight but it seemed to kickstart weight loss after a plateau.

Starting stats on 28th Jan: Weight 76.20kg (12st) Waist 93.75cm (37.5")
Target stats: Weight 57.15kg (9st)

I prefer imperial measurements so hope I've done conversion correctly as I couldn't get the code formula thing to work.
17/5 62kg w 73cm bmi 22.23
31/5 60.5kg w 72.5 bmi 21.69

I'm pretty pleased
5 May 66.4 kg waist 83cms
2 June 65.9 kg 81cm

Thought there was no loss so that 500g is erm.... a loss
4th May 62.14kg
2nd June 61.24kg

A very up and down month, so pleased to see a loss of 0.9kg!
My waist has not changed at all since I started on 26th March, and other measurements showed no change after the first couple of weeks. Mind you the weight must be going from somewhere as my jeans now need a belt!
Jun 1 - 83.4 kgs waist 93 cm

May 4 - 85.3 lbs waist 94 cm

2 kgs, pleased as lost 200 g in April.
It's been a disaster for me. Two weeks holiday followed by who knows what but must have been lack of portion control.
4 May, weight 59.0' waist 79 fat 25.7%
1 June, weight 59.8! Waist 78, fat 26.4%

Hi Caroline,

weight on 2/6/13 = 72.7 kg down 1.2 kg from 73.9 kg on 3/5/13

waist 84 cm down 0.5cm from 84.5cm

fat% 33.9% down 0.4% from 34.2%

Everything's getting smaller
Hi

Here are my stats :)
May 3rd waist 29
June 2nd waist 28.5

May 3rd 9 stone 1
June 2nd 8 stone 11
weight has stayed the same the for last 2 weeks so since last monthly weigh in have only lost 2lbs and waist measurement has stayed the same. Still happy with overall picture - 15.5lbs lost in three months and this still doesn't feel like a "diet" as I can eat out and have treats on 5 out of 7 days !!
