No change in waist measurement but lost my Bath away weight gain of 4lbs. :grin: so back on track.

Bodyfat percentage not known. The drop in waist size between May & June is due to my measuring at 2" above the navel from 11 May onwards. On-navel measurement on 1 June is 98.75cm.
Unless I'm mistaken I weighed on the 25th of April and I was 61,5 and today I am 61 (bleh).
So -0,5 kilo and
-1 cm from my waist.

I don't like it but in this month included Easter and a week without fasting so I can't complain much...

Slow and steady. Sorry the formula is not working for me! I did select all, then copied it and replaced the x with my weight, and it comes out like you see. waist measurement worked though. I've put the weight in to the right.
I'm trying to maintain, not lose weight, last month I maintained my weight by doing 1 day of 500 cals and a second of 1000 ( the majority eaten in the evening). For some reason this didn't work this month and I was gaining a bit of weight doing the full 5:2, so last week partly out of frustration and partly wanting to test the theory that says that a bit of overindulgence may put me back on truck I had a day of overindulgence (3200 cals counted) followed by two days of compensation 1400, 1600 and a fast day and it did it :victory:
In summary on 4/5 I weighted 51.3 Kg, in between I went up to 51.9 , but today June 1st I weigh 51.4 Kg.

5:2 followed, been losing and gaining the same 1kg for the past few weeks. Am really enjoying it but disappointed that the weight loss has come to a standstill during the second month so from Monday I am going to try mixing up 5:2 with 16/8. I just looked my post from last month and the code hadn't worked, I entered it on an ipad and it looked ok at the time. Sorry.

no waist or fat data etc available.
Weight April 6th was 273.2 lbs. = 123.92kg
May 3rd it was 265.8 = 120.56kg
loss of -7.4 lbs = -3.36kg

Waist on April 6th was 41" = 104.14cm
May 3rd was 39" = 99.06
loss of -2' = -5.08cm

I started at 274.8 lbs (124.65kg)on March 1st trying ADF, then 4:3, before I finally settled on 5:2 on April 6th. Shooting for under 170 lbs (77kg) I am 5'7" or 170.18cm tall

Weight on June 1 was 262.0 lbs = 118kg
Loss for the month is 3.8lbs = 1kg
Loss since start is 12.8lbs = 5kg

Waist on June 1 was 39" = 99.06cm
Loss for the month = 0, it stayed the same (although I am sure other measurements are much lower! my pants are loose.
Loss since start 7.6cm

Loving it!

I am only declaring waist measurements this month, its my first week back after hols. I have had 2 x 36hour fast and one 24hr fast this week and nearly lost the hol extra. I think some of it might have been water because 3lbs of it has gone week, I put 4lb on over two weeks, but the week before my hols I only managed one fast day and I have ate more carbs than I would normally so I'm not too bothered about it.
Next month I will have another bloods comparison, I have been for a full health assessment this morning. I am interested in whats happening inside me.

Feb 16th - joining date waist 40"
May - 38"
June - 37.5"

I woke up this morning and was taken aback when I stepped on the scales... 3.5 pounds lost this week, to say I am elated is an understatement :clover: good luck to everyone...

End of April I weighed 100.05
End of May I weighed 97.50

Considering I have had to juggle my fasts due to health problems I am really happy with this result.
