For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

just wanted to say that maybe because due to the amount of exercice you do you are gaining muscle and so this will show a weight increase, following the advice on here I reduced the amount of working out I was doing each week, now I go for an hour walk with doggies 4 times a week and do some abs exercices but that about it and hey presto the weight started coming off whereas before it just wouldn't bulge grrrrrrrr
not saying it works for everyone but you may experiment with it maybe?

Maybe I should buy a leash for my pussy cat - he needs to loose weight too
I'll start to incorporate some walking and see what happens. Guess I just need to find what works for me.

I walk 1 hour 4 times a week with my 2 dogs, my arms ache from the pulling lol, my boy is only one year old and still trying to teach him not to pull grrrrrrrr
so am sure I burn some calories that way too
am sure you'll find what works and suits you, it takes time I guess..
