Not losing weight?

Help us to help you! Please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
Remember, we're not here to judge, we're here to help.

My OH does 5:2 as well, but we live apart during the week, so have our feed days together. He was supportive from the start, especially as it meant we could still go out and do all the things we wanted together on feed days, and fast on boring days, when we weren't going out anyway.

Mmmmm.........well in the start husband joined me in fasting and once he lost a stone he stopped fasting. He is now able to maintain that weight loss without fasting. You would think he should know better but he has just made himself t***t and I'm fasting today!

My OH was supportive from the start. Well let's face it I couldn't have done it if he wasn't (since he does all the cooking). But since I've lost the weight he's so thrilled that if I say I need a fast, to stay on track, he totally drives me
