Not losing weight?

Help us to help you! Please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

I seem to have slowed down or stopped my weight loss completly. 5 1b in 4weeks. Do you think that is ok ?

5 lb in 4 weeks is slightly above the average. You're doing fine...

Yep, think so, I seemed to get stuck at 4 weeks too.

The others may say to think about your eating days but I'd carry on, unless you know you're eating a lot on feed days!

Have you measured your waist? Inches or pounds, never the two together. Have you seen the FAQ on why weight isn't the best measure, due to lots of factors?

Is it safe to fo a 2:5 plan instead of the 5:2 plan? Then eat normal on weekends ?

5 days of fasting in a row and then normal eating at the weekends? Doesn't sound like a good idea to me. You'd be better off doing ADF if you really want to do more fasting days, but results seem to suggest there's no difference in weight loss really between the different amount of days.
