Raw veggies foods are more effective for the weight loss purposes.
Eat more green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, nuts, and fish in your routine foods to burn your unnecessary body fat. Also do regular cardio exercise along with the right diet plan to lose your weight successfully.

There is no good evidence to support these statements! I think you should read the 5:2 lab section to see how we are an evidence-based forum here. Green leafy veggies etc are very good for you but on their own won't encourage fat burning. Fasting will encourage fat burning. Cardio exercise does not contribute much to weight loss and can actually lead to weight increase as many studies have shown.

I think first step is having healthy lifestyle.
However, in this 1st step, it's many periods. For example, you must drink much water before meals, eat more fruit and vegetables (I recommend avocados for your salad). Do a little belly dance! Make a little lunch! And get down on avocado oil. Researchers say swapping your cooking and finishing oils for varieties like avocado oil that are rich in monounsaturated and oleic fatty acids can spot reduce abdominal fat, which may decrease the risk for metabolic syndrome—the name for a combination of negative health markers associated with weight gain. A recent Penn State study found people who consumed 40 grams (about 3 tablespoons) of high-oleic oils on a daily basis for four weeks lowered their belly fat by 1.6 percent compared to those who consumed a flax/safflower oil blend, which is comparatively high in polyunsaturated fat. A second study in the journal Diabetes Care found similar results: A diet rich in monounsaturated fat may actually prevent body fat distribution around the belly by down-regulating the expression of certain fat genes. One tablespoon of mild and slightly nutty-tasting avocado oil is about 120 calories and 10 grams of monounsaturated fat—a nutritional profile almost identical to extra virgin olive oil. But unlike EVOO, avocado oil has a very high smoke point, so you can use it for sautés and stir-frys without risk of creating free radicals that can harm your health.
Second is eat in front of mirror, this is just a tip that help you watch yourself and only eat when you are hungry. The most common mistake when starting a low carb diet: Reducing carb intake while still being afraid of fat. Carbs and fat are the body’s two main energy sources, and it needs at least one of them. On a low-carb diet you should aim to eat when hungry. And if you’re not hungry? Don’t eat. Nothing slows down weight loss more than frequently eating a lot of food that you do not need. This, in fact, is so important that it’s worth this section of it’s own.
Eat big breakfast, medium lunch and small or light dinner. Don't even think about junk food cause it's really unhealthy and weight-gain. In such that meals, you might not eat much white food like rice or bread, soy...
The last thing is to brush your teeth after having meals
Besides, doing exercise or go to the gym also help you to loose weight.
Let's have some try this.
