Not losing weight?

Help us to help you! Please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
Remember, we're not here to judge, we're here to help.

Hi everyone!
I started 4:3 3weeks ago and have lost ....NOTHING ... :frown: I'm curious as to what everyone eats on their "feast days"?I must be overdoing it.I fast completely,ie; only water, black coffee and black tea for 24hours 3times per week and do weights/cardio 4-5 times per week...and everything as stayed the same-body fat%,water%,muscle% and BMI.. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
"it's just not possible to consume that many calories more than normal on a regular basis."

Surely this is untrue, or no one would ever get fat?
You only have to consume a few more calories than you use each day to put on weight, you put on weight slowly over years usually.

Start this as a new topic and someone is more likely to spot this and help.

Something is wrong, but we need more info. Think you might be doing too much exercise and not eating enough, more than the other way round. Too much control, not too little and your poor body isn't coping.

Fasts are normally for 36 hours too, with a 500 cal allowance. Depends on what else you eat too?

Have you got a calorie deficit? Have you looked at the FAQs?
Just spotted this and moved it into a new topic :-)
Can you give us a little more info please? Age, bmi, how much you want to lose etc. Thanks!
Thanks for all the replies!I got a bit frustrated so changed to 5:2.Havent weighed myself yet-I'll be really disappointed if its not going the right way.Im eating 500 calories on my fast days now instead of complete fast just to see if that changed things.Im eating approx 1800 calories on feast days.Im exercising(weights&cardio) 6 days/wk.My bmi is 26 and hoping to lose 10kgs but would settle for 7kgs:)!Im 5ft 5inches tall(167cm I think). With exercise my TDEE was working out at 2300 roughly but I put in values without exercise and that gave me 1800calories.I took my measurements and haven't been seeing any changes with them but hopefully by this Thursday!:)
Forgot to add I'm 27:)
