So.

Well.

I done did put on 1lb this week. I did. I done.

Weighed myself on Friday morning.

Stepped on and off the scales in the region of a billion and twenty times. Actually opened my eyes on two occasions.

I even forced a fart out to see if it'd make me an ounce lighter.

*sigh*

I am now 14st 5lbs (well I was on Friday).

I am not giving up or giving in or rolling over and playing dead. I'm fasting tomorrow after quite a busy food filled weekend. Hopefully I'll have more success this week.

I've padlocked the fridge in preparation :starving:
