insightmaker - useful or not?

While looking around for information on 5:2 fasting diet, I found this online gadget that may or may not be useful.

It's a weight loss predictor. I have no idea if it is really useful or not. But it was interesting to use and the data can be downloaded and saved.

It was created by our member @p-jk from data collected in a questionnaire we ran last year.
