Wow congratulations, that's an amazing feat in just a matter of a few weeks!

^i'm not sure if it was a joke, but the first few weeks for most are when big drops are made so I wouldn't take it too seriously. Just make sure to keep what you're doing, fantastic work

I think Boboff was just pulling your leg. As long as you are happy that you are having a sensible amount of calories on both days (feed and fast) there's nothing to worry about. Well done again!

Wow weee go girl that's fantastic keep it up I'm on week 3 and lost a big fat zero so very disappointed today but going to keep going it won't beat me
