Wow! Well done! That's a fantastic amount to lose in 3? weeks? Are you very active? Burning lots of calories?

No not really, I do try to walk when I can but my job involves lots of driving.
And I wouldn't say my normal food was overly healthy, I like cakes and chocolate lol
But now that I've shifted a stone I'm going to do the 30 Day Shred in March.

I'm chuffed to bits, didnt expect that much to shift in such a short time. So easy and miss nothing.
My wedding anniversary today and won't have any guilt indulging in high calorie meal and a glass of wine later. No points no syns no guilt

WOW! 1 STONE that is fantastic. Well done you! I got on the scales today after fasting yesterday and there was not even a loss of half a pound. But I am still determined to follow the 5:2 fast as I look and feel slimmer around my bum and tum. Still hoping that on 2 March I will have shifted a bit of weight.

Well done again. You inspired me to keep going. Have a brilliant day.

Wow, I'm so impressed. I started last week weighing just a little bit more than you, although looking at your BMI I reckon you're a little bit taller than me (I'm 5ft3), so it'll take me a little bit longer than you to lose a stone. But your loss is a great inspiration for me. Yay!

Not eating enough when, on my fast days or non fast days???

I always eat 500-600 on my fast days

Non fast days I have breakfast( toast or cereals or porridge) sandwich and crisps for dinner and usually a large evening meal like spag Bol or chilli or roast etc plus a couple of biscuits.
I rarely drink alcohol but drink plenty of tea/coffee/herbal tea

Worried now, don't want to go into starvation mode
