Week 2 results!

Regime: One meal on fast days

Starting point:
Height 5'0
Weight 59.4kgs
Body fat 41% (scales over reading but loss will be relative)
Muscle 28%
Bone 10.9%
BMI 26.4

After 2 week (cumulative):
Height 5'0
Weight 57.4kgs - 2kg loss
Body fat 37 - 4% reduction
Muscle 30.4 - 2.4% increase
Bone 11 - no increase
BMI 25.5 - 0.9 reduction
1 inch off my waist
half an inch off my hips

Hello! Well done on your weight loss. I am also short (5'1") and every extra pound seems to show on my tummy!

I wondered where you got all the other statistics from e.g. % lean muscle, % body fat etc.

I'd love to have all that info so I can see the progress in terms of less % body fat and ensure I'm not losing muscle mass.

It would be good if we could pile up all these fat icons for every pound we lost!
It looks gross doesn't it.
