Banishing the belly!
11 Mar 2013, 07:34
So, for the first time in probably 2.5 years, my overhanging belly/ muffin top isn't overhanging! It used to have an actual fold I could stick my hand under! Now, it isn't completely gone, but it's more of just a tummy bump! Love handles are going too! I am very please with this! Especially as I'm not going by weight and scale measurements for this lifestyle change. General appearance has dramatically changed and I'm feeling the difference in my clothes! Very pleased so far! Eek! :victory:

Fantastic! Glad to hear it. My muffin top is proving the most resistant to reducing but is slowly diminishing. Hope to be as pleased as you soon.

Well done you!
