We thought we'd try the 5:2 for 10 weeks and so pleased to share the good news. I have lost 6lbs and an inch and a half of tummy fat. My OH has lost nearly half a stone and is looking very trim. We are both in our early sixties, love cakes and wine, but have been very strict on fast days. Needless to say, we are carrying on as this WOL is clearly so beneficial for lots of reasons.
