I keep having to buy new trousers  I'm on my 3rd pair of work trousers this year.
I had to take a skirt back today as I optimistically bought a 12 and it's too big!
Yay! Sorry for showing off

I've found it a real struggle since Easter but I'm motivated again since my trousers nearly fell down at work & I had to put a safety pin in them.

Can't believe how much the forum has grown! I'm a bugger or not coming on here when things are not going to plan so here's to the final push to shift that last 1/2 stone.

Good luck to all the newbies
Wow Claire, that's brilliant and you should blow your own trumpet as you are an inspiration to others.
Well done Claire, that's great!

I've been pulling up the same size 14s since my 16s started falling down last year. I was starting to think I'd need to buy some new jeans but at the weekend found a pair of 12s in a drawer hidden away - they are now a loose fit!

I've lost patience with trying on clothes in shops so may just put in a Matalan or New Look order so I can try on at my leisure and return them to town if they're no good! I really need a new look for myself, the 'baggy to hide my flab' just doesn't work without the flab!
Thanks ladies! Nice to see you wildmissus! I really must get on the laptop and sort out an avatar!
For me, judging weightloss via clothes rather than scales just gives a huge boost.

With that BMI Moogie you definitely need to get yourself some figure hugging gear!
I remember you posting ages ago Moogie about where the weight comes off and I am pleased to report that on this WOE my boobage has not been affected but my waistline most definitely has.

Lol sorry if that's TMI!
I need to buy new trousers this weekend! Yay :D
Congrats on your wonderful results!
Claire007 - size 12 too big - oh that must be dreamlike  Well done you - if that's the only problem with this diet then bring it on !! And Moogie - baggy size 12 - fantastic ! You 2 ladies need to go shopping soon :like: Congrats to you - you must be looking at a Maintenance plan very shortly surely
Well done everyone, you are an inspiration to us all. :like: Dropping a dress size is so motivational. I'm just at the looser clothing stage which suits me just fine for now, I was about to burst out of them 3-4 weeks ago!!!

You're lucky Claire, I always lose inches off my boobage first!! :frown:
Sue - I'd like to get in to the middle of the healthy BMI range to give me a bit of 'wiggle room' :) So, another stone or just over would be nice, but I'm in no hurry! I used to be a size 8 about 6 years ago, but I'd be happy to fit a 10-12 comfortably. I expect these jeans were cut large as I doubt many 12s would fit.

Claire: Glad to hear the boobage remains! I'm still in a D cup, smaller band size. I don't think I'm actually a D, but all the C's I've tried don't quite fit right. No doubt in a few months I'll need to size down a bit but I tried on literally dozens of bras in different shops only to conclude cupsize the same, band smaller. Hubby very pleased indeed!
Not to be a party pooper but have you considered altering? Perhaps it might work cheaper for you, till you reach your target weight and get all sorts of brand new, small clothes!!!

Still, millions of congratulations!!!
Woo woo woo well done!! (sorry but think the enthusiasm is well deserved) You should be really proud. :D

Quite liking the problem with this diet... in fact hope I might encounter this problem for myself sometime hehe.

xx
Wow, congrats to all of you . Such great inspiration you ladies are
Congratulations, Claire!

I was looking at your progress tracker, and it was very encouraging to see that downward line! And the way the waist crossed the goal line was very cool! Have fun with the new clothes. You deserve them.
Wow welldone you guys. I'm waiting for it to happen to me. Keep up the good work.
YAY and congrats and we'll done to all, rounds of applause and major whooping!!!!!!
I hate shopping but am going to have to get breeks as, ,ime too, are at the falling off stage. I need to shift quite a bit yet and am hopeless at shopping for me, so may continue to howk them up, and tighten the belt. Elegant look!
Wow! Great subject - lovely problem to have :)
Thank you for posting. I hope to have your "problem" later this year and take encouragement from your post.
