Hi

Just really a progress list for me, but started last Monday, found the fasting last week absolutely fine !! However, went a bit mad over the weekend, like being let off the lease ! not sure that was good. Result is no weight loss for week, but hopefully, health benefits from fasting successfully.

Starting again today, should have been yesterday, but had hospital visits made it too difficult. So far so good. Not hungry, am bothered a bit, but not that much.

Aiming for sensible eating in between fasting, with only 1 or 2 treats instead of a whole day of them ! feeling unsure but hopeful :?

Hi Jantullie and welcome

I'm sure you will see some benefits soon. As far as I can see, people starting 5:2 seem to fall into two groups: one group sees an immediate rapid drop in weight but then it soon plateaus for a couple of weeks whereas the other group has no immediate change but then starts a steady decline.

Probably we should all only weigh once a month but who can resist jumping on the scales?

Anyway, good luck with it.

just wanted to add that although I havent lost any weight, boy have I had some energy !! the house has been cleaned, the beds changed, the ironing ironed - I am even looking for things to do !! unheard of, but bery useful............
