Thanks for sharing Juliet, as a new member only just about to start this is really great to hear!
Would you mind letting me (us) know what regime you followed? (5:2, 4:3?)
and what days did you choose as your fast days? do you do them consecutively or did they fluctuate depending on your social life!?

Thanks in advance, JB x

Thanks for the feedback. I have been fasting 2 days only usually on non-consecutive days. I started Tuesdays and Thursdays but have recently found that Mondays and Thursdays suit better. If I have a lunch date or am going out in the evening I just change my fast day. Good luck with it.

Cyberchick - I will continue now for definite. I did waiver after a couple of months but have now got my motivation back. Good luck.
