Going good.
26 Apr 2013, 07:12
Week 3 weigh in for me (6 fasts - Day 19) - 10.5 lbs lost - Body shape changing :like:

Definitely feel like me mind state is changing towards food and I'm making conscious choices, I've enjoyed 'Tipples' at the week-end, but have kept to my 2000 calories. Sleeping better, in fact finding it hard to wake up in the morning. :sleepy:

Now it's the week-end, I shall enjoy socialising with friends, knowing that my
repair days are just around the corner, and all is not lost .

Buen fin de semana from España !

Congratulations, that is wonderful. I agree that the amazing thing thing is the change in the brain towards food. I just love this way of life, and IT IS FOR LIFE!

Ballerina - when you see the icons on the right hand side, just click on the one that you want. It will show in your post as the text version until you submit your post when it will magically transform into the icon of your choice. :)

Jemima,

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! SO MUCH, I couldn't work out how to convert the text version into the silly little things, it never occurred to me that it would convert automatically when posted. How come you all know these things and I don't? Insulting answers will be ignored! Here goes...
