Nikipins progress
18 Jan 2013, 07:20
I've been on the 5:2 for a couple of weeks, I didn't loose any weight the first week but have lost 3 kg this week which seems father excessive so it will be interesting to see what happens next week.

My BMI at outset was 29.2 and now is 28.3
My total cholesterol at start was 5.1 (but on a statin)
BP 120/85 but again on treatment

I'll be interested to see what happens over the weeks
well done, Nikipins. Perhaps your first weigh in was on a heavy day! Last week the day after fasting I hadn't dropped at all, the next day, after eating normally I was 1.5kg down. What about waist measurement? That is supposed to be a better measure of cardiovascular risk I believe...
