A successful 2nd week!

Started 5:2 on 28th Jan and gained a pound in my first week! Oops.

Did my second week weigh-in this morning and I've lost 2lbs. Hurrah! I knew something positive had happened during the week as I found I could fasten my belt a notch further up. I'm a happy girl :D

It's only 2 pounds, but it's a start......

Thank you KoalaKube & Franglaise for your encouragement.

I fasted yesterday and it was fine. Fasting again tomorrow as hubby is cooking dinner on Thursday for Valentine's Day :shock:. Not sure what meal he has planned but he's supportive of my trying 5:2 so I don't think he'll cook anything too full of calories. Shame really... :)
