I just watched this again Saturday night & realized I was focusing too much on the weight loss aspect of it & forgetting how many other good results come from fasting. It was the boost I needed to stick with it since I'm apparently a slow responder & only lose about .25 # per week....although, that is a stick of butter a week, thanks for the comparison Auriga :)
Missed this when it was originally shown on BBC & just watched it. All I can say us WOW! Am so inspired for tomorrow's fast day!
