I had this today around 4pm as i really felt like something to take the edge off. It was delicious!
I've started to fast until dinner time with herbal teas and coffee and I've found some great training snacks on the Getting Stronger website.

It's an excellent blog with lots of science... Apparently having a high fat snack e.g. Whipping cream (anyone know the UK equivalent?), macademia nuts, gets the body used to burning fat.
The UK equivalent is.....wait for it...whipping cream!! One of the few things that is actually the same!

Sounds really nice I must say.
